  • Does Presente Pass let me cut the line? Well, you’re not cutting the line, not exactly. Our innovative Time Pooling technology “banks” the wait time you spent in our offices when you picked up your pass, and then leverages it to reduce your wait time in the halls, all while ensuring equality of outcome for all attendees.
  • Where is Presente Pass accepted? Presente Pass is accepted at all of the cool art rooms throughout the event. Look for the “Presente Pass Accepted Here” sign by the door!
  • What about experiences that don’t accept Presente Pass?If you see an experience that doesn’t presently accept Presente Pass, try to convince them to sign up with us. They can email info@presentepass.com and we will get them up and running in no time!
  • Is my data secure? Yes! Your data is stored securely on our Nokia Mainframes using stacked RSA-129 and DES-56 encryption and accessed only by no-touch WEP access.
  • Is Presente Pass safe? Presente Pass is “completely safe.” However, prolonged use may result in glaring, altercations, or bad karma. Do not use Presente Pass if you are pregnant, thinking about becoming pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a breastfeeding kink. Presente Pass is not for insufflation.
  • My Presente Pass isn’t working! We’re sorry! We are currently experiencing “minor” service disruptions while we reconfigure our servers for Y3K. However, our Customer Service team is happy to assess if you deserve support. Please email info@presentepass.com or visit our offices in the hotel (Room 1134)!
  • Why is my Presente Pass making strange noises? Immediately discard your Presente Pass and evacuate the area. Please contact Presente Pass and do not alert local authorities.
  • What kind of time savings can I expect with Presente Pass? While waiting can never be totally eliminated, data from our recent pilot studies showed that Presente Pass can reduce aggregate wait times by up to 87%! Of course, performance will vary person to person depending on how and where you use your Presente Pass.
